- मैट्रिक का ओरिजिनल एडमिट कार्ड, ओरिजिनल मार्कशीट और मूल/ औपबंधिक प्रमाण पत्र
- ओरिजिनल जाति प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो)
- ओरिजिनल आवास/ निवास प्रमाण पत्र
- चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र
- EWS/ Income Certificate (यदि लागू हो)
- अन्य प्रमाण पत्र यदि लागू हो
- आधार कार्ड का फोटोकॉपी
- पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो - 6 (जो ITI के एडमिट कार्ड में दिए थे)
- ITICAT 2021 का ओरिजिनल एडमिट कार्ड
- ITICAT 2021 का रैंक कार्ड
- काउंसलिंग के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन किया हुआ स्लिप
- ITICAT 2021 के Application Form (Part-A & Part-B) को भरकर
- डाउनलोड किये गये प्रोविजनल अलोटमेंट आर्डर की तीन प्रति
- The Verification Slip (जाँच पर्ची) in 2 copies as downloaded alongwith Biometric Form in 1 copy साक्षात्कार / Documents Verification के समय साथ लाना अनिवार्य है
