Age Limit

For appearing in the JEE (Main) – 2022, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE (Main) – 2022 examination. However, the candidates may be required to fulfill the age criteria of the Institute(s) in which they are desirous of taking admission.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualification

Only those candidates who have passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021, or those who are appearing in Class 12/equivalent examination in 2022, are eligible to appear in JEE (Main) - 2022.
Candidates who passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2019 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2023 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE (Main) - 2022.

Document Required & Upload

Personal Details, Present Address, Permanent Address, Aadhar Details, Qualification Details (for class 10th or equivalent), Qualification Details (for class 12th or equivalent), Parents Income Details
Candidate’s photograph : The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb
Candidate’s signature : The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb
Category certificate (if applicable) :The size of the scanned copy of the Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in pdf between 50kb to 300kb
PwD certificate (if applicable) : The size of the scanned copy of the PwD certificate should be in pdf between 50 kb to 300 kb
