केन्द्रीकृत रोजगार सूचना सं. आरआरसी-01/2019 (लेवल-1 पद) के अभ्यर्थियों के ध्यानाकर्षण हेतु परीक्षा शुल्क की वापसी बैंक खाता विवरण अपडेट करना

1. केन्द्रीकृत रोजगार सूचना सं. आरआरसी-01/2019 के तहत लेवल-1 पदों के लिए दिनांक 17.08.2022 से 11.10.2022 तक आयोजित सीबीटी में शामिल सभी अभ्यर्थियों को रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड परीक्षा शुल्क वापस करना शुरू कर दिया है।

2. ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरते समय अभ्यर्थियों से नियमानुसार परीक्षा शुल्क वापस करने हेतु बैंक अकाउंट डिटेल एवं IFSC कोड सबमिट करायी गई थी। विदित हो कि आवेदन 04 साल पहले प्राप्त हुए थे तथा इस बीच उम्मीदवारों के खाते के विवरण में कई बदलाव हो सकते हैं। साथ ही, बैंक द्वारा खाता विवरण की जांच करते समय यह पाया गया कि एक ही खाता संख्या से बड़ी संख्या में भुगतान किए गए थे। इसके अलावा, विभिन्न बैंकों के विलय के कारण उनके IFSC कोड बदल दिए गए हैं इसलिए बैंक खाते की पुनः पुष्टि और नए विवरण लेना आवश्यक है। ताकि उम्मीदवार के सही बैंक खाते में धन वापसी की जा सके।

3. सीबीटी में शामिल सभी उम्मीदवारों को अपने बैंक खाता विवरण प्रदान करने की सुविधा के लिए रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड ने बैंक खाता विवरण अपडेट करने के लिए एक अवसर प्रदान करने का निर्णय लिया है। तदनुसार, रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड की आधिकारिक वेबसाइटों पर एक अपडेट बैंक खाता लिंक प्रदान किया जाएगा, जो दिनांक 14/04/2023, सुबह 10.00 बजे से 30/04/2023, शाम 05.00 बजे तक लाइव रहेगा। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि (यदि कोई परिवर्तन हो तो) वे अपने बैंक खाते का विवरण अपडेट करने के लिए इस अवसर का उपयोग करें।

4. उम्मीदवारों से यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अनुरोध किया जाता है कि सबमिट किया गया बैंक खाता सं. और IFSC कोड सही है तथा उन्हें सलाह दी जाती है कि वे इसे सबमिट करने से पहले सावधानीपूर्वक जांच लें और बैंक खाता विवरण एवं IFSC कोड देख लें। यह ध्यान दिया जाए कि सबमिट करने के बाद अपडेट किये गए बैंक विवरण में संशोधन संभव नहीं होगा उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्रस्तुत गलत विवरण के कारण धन वापसी में विफलता के लिए रेल भर्ती बोर्ड जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा तथा इस संबंध में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा।

5. रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड की सूचना दिनांक 13,102022 के संदर्भ में प्रश्नों/ उत्तरों/ विकल्पों इत्यादि से सम्बंधित आपत्तियों की समीक्षा के बाद वैसे अभ्यर्थी जिनके द्वारा उठाई गई आपत्ति सही पाई गई थी, उनके द्वारा भुगतान की गई निर्धारित फीस वापस करने के लिए भी इसी अद्यतन बैंक विवरण का उपयोग किया जाएगा।

टिप्पणी (NOTE) :

i. बैंक विवरण सबमिट करने की अंतिम तिथि 30.04.2023 (17.00 बजे) है।

ii. रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड के रिकॉर्ड से अभ्यर्थियों के विवरण के सत्यापन के बाद ही धन वापसी बैंक शुल्कों की कटौती के बाद) स्वीकार्य होगा।

iii. गलत, अपूर्ण और / या देर से किए गए दावों को सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।

iv. एक बैंक खाते में केवल एक रिफंड की ही अनुमति होगी।

v. बैंक विवरण सबमिट करते समय किसी तरह की कठिनाई के निवारण हेतु एक हेल्प डेस्क मेनू तथा गुम रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर प्राप्त करने के लिए फॉरगेट रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर मेनू भी उपलब्ध होंगे।

सभी अभ्यर्थियों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि अपडेट/सूचनाओं के लिए रेलवे भर्ती बोर्डों के आधिकारिक वेबसाइट को नियमित रूप से देखते रहें।

Attention for the Candidates of CEN No. RRC - 01/2019 (Level-1 Posts) Refund of Examination Fee - Updation of Bank Account Details

1. Railway Recruitment Boards have initiated refund of examination fee to the candidates who had attended CBT conducted from 17.08.2022 to 11.10.2022 for Level-1 posts against CEN No. RRC-01/2019.

2. Bank Account Details were taken at the time of filling of Online Application Form for refund. However, applications have been received 04 years back and in the intervening period lot of changes might have occurred in the account details of the candidates. Also, it is observed by the Bank while scrutinizing account details that large number of payments were made from the same account number. Further, due to merging of various banks their IFSC codes have been changed and it is necessary to reconfirm and take fresh details of bank account if required so that refund is made in the correct bank account of the candidate.

3. In order to facilitate the candidates to provide their Bank Account Details, RRBs have decided to provide a one-time opportunity for providing Bank Account Details. Accordingly, an Update Bank Account Link will be provided on the official websites of RRBS which will be live from 14/04/2023, 10.00 AM to 30/04/2023, 05.00 PM. Candidates are advised to make use of this one-time opportunity to update their Bank Account Details, if there is any change.

4. Candidates are requested to ensure that the Bank Account Number and IFSC Code

entered are correct and advised to carefully check Bank Account Details and IFSC Code before submitting the same. It may be noted that modification of bank details after submission will not be possible. RRBS shall not be responsible for further failure of refund, if any, on account of incorrect details furnished by the candidates and will not entertain further correspondence in this regard.

5. The same updated Bank Details will be also be used in future for refunding the

prescribed fees paid by those candidates whose raised objection for questions/answers/options etc. were found correct after a review of objections in terms of RRB Notice dated 13.10.2022.

NOTE:

i. Last date for submission of Bank Details 30.04.2023 (17.00 hrs.)

ii. Refund (after deduction of Bank charges) will be admissible subject to verification of the candidate particulars with RRB records.

iii. Incorrect, Incomplete and/or late claims will be summarily rejected.

iv. ONLY ONE REFUND PER BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE ALLOWED.

v. One Help Desk Menu will be provided to get any clarification or help in case of any trouble while submitting the Bank Details and Forgot Registration Menu will also be available for getting missing Registration Number.
