- पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो - 6 (जो ITI के एडमिट कार्ड में दिए थे)
- ITICAT 2022 का ओरिजिनल एडमिट कार्ड
- ITICAT 2022 का रैंक कार्ड
- काउंसलिंग के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन किया हुआ स्लिप
- ITICAT 2022 के Application Form (Part-A & Part-B) को भरकर
- डाउनलोड किये गये प्रोविजनल अलोटमेंट आर्डर की तीन प्रति
- The Verification/ Check Slip (जाँच पर्ची) in 2 copies as downloaded alongwith Biometric Form in 1 copy साक्षात्कार / Documents Verification के समय साथ लाना अनिवार्य है
